SHIPPING POLICY
BilliardsTown ships anywhere in the continential United States for most orders. Shipping and handling charges will be applied at checkout.
After we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive, plus a couple of days extra if you order late in the week, or on holidays. Orders shipped Fed-Ex ground or UPS ground are delivered Monday through Friday only.
USA Overnight Shipping and Handling - If you would like this service it is available, usually you will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases will be within 24 hours. Most orders ship on the same day, but if your order is processed after 1 pm Eastern Standard Time, it may not be shipped until the next day. Fed-Ex and UPS do not pick-up on weekends or holidays, so if you order after 1pm EST time on Friday chances are you won't get your order till Monday. BILLIARD TABLE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - BilliardsTown currently provides shipping in the USA. All billiard tables are delivered with a complementary deluxe accessory kit. Shipping includes White Glove Delivery to your residence or garage. Professional installation, which includes assembly, leveling, installation of bed cloth and rails, is not included in table price, but can be arrainged for an additional fee. Professional installation by a qualified technician usally costs between $250 - $350, and can vary if you live in a rural area. Call 520-270-0972 if you have any questions or need assistance.
